Forgot ID or password

You can sign into Bing Places for Business with a Microsoft account (e.g. @Hotmail.com, @Outlook.com). Make sure to sign in with the same Microsoft account ID you used when signing up for Bing Places.

If needed, you can recover your ID on the Microsoft account page.

Forgot password

To recover your password, go to the Microsoft account Sign In page and click Can’t access your account.
